Avtodor center Evgeny MINCHENKO shared his expectations from the away match of the 20th round of the VTB United League regular season with Samara :
- We're going to Samara to win. We had some time to work on the mistakes made in the last match against Parma-Pari. I think we are ready to show high-quality and, most importantly, team basketball. Samara has a well-equipped squad and a strong coaching staff. But if we play aggressively on defense and don't let the hosts score easy goals, then the victory will be ours.
For me personally, a trip to Samara, where I spent three seasons, will be with notes of nostalgia. But the principled nature of the match against the former team will give me even more motivation and strength. As always, I am full of desire to give all my best for the victory of Avtodor. We know that the army of our wonderful fans is preparing to support us at the TV screens and in the stands. We always feel your support and will try to please with a positive result.
